Due to the high penetration of renewable energy resources in microgrids (MGs), grid inertia becomes low which leads be vulnerable large disturbances. The storage devices can play an important role enhance MGs. However, due investment cost storages or their dp/dt limitation, installed cannot cover challenge df/dt. A prominent solution solve problem is use response wind generators. relatively second frequency nadir main drawback using generators may impose extensive disturbance Accordingly, a coordinated operation strategy for MGs between generator and hybrid (HES) system proposed this paper. In addition, improve MG; providing high-quality communication infrastructures with delay increasing Ultracapacitor capacity have been paid attention. paper, costs quality services are defined as cost. Guaranteeing enough damping MG two conflict objectives. Therefore, multi-objective optimization method used set controllers' values reduce results confirmed that effectiveness control power coordination recovery process improved. Also, employing optimum guaranteed effectively Integral Absolute Error (IAE) value reduced by 13.6% 32%, respectively. simulation show maximum deviation df/dt well compatible different standards presence load perturbations speeds.
